CAME products are built to the highest quality standards, having achieved ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. Each product has a date code or serial number for batch and item traceability.

CAME motors are sealed to require the least maintenance. However, we recommend systems are regularly checked, cleaned, and adjusted by qualified technicians to ensure a long trouble free working life. Lack of regular maintenance may be viewed as neglect which may affect the warranty of a product.

CAME products are covered by a 3 year warranty against faulty manufacturing workmanship or materials starting from the date of supply. This warranty runs concurrently with the installers warrant. Warranty may not cover damage through neglect of any part of the installation, damage from abuse, or wear beyond that to which the equipment was recommended.

During the period of warranty, the manufacturer may repair or replace or refund the value of a returned item found to be below standard at its discretion. Product warranty is limited to the value of the product under warrant, and does not cover any labour costs or consequential damage.

The warranty passes down the line of supply unless a warranty card is returned to us at the point of commissioning. Products must be returned to us up the line of supply. The supplier accepts no obligation to provide a replacement in advance of the returned item, or to accept a third party assessment of the item in its absence.
